blogger nav bar gone

Just learned a new trick (those that read the site with RSS won’t notice). Remember that black Blogger navigation bar at the top of the page. It’s gone, right? I hacked it out, thanks to this page by way of Andrew.

Ted, Thanks for the link. I thought it might be useful to people. I myself haven’t removed the navbar, but I like to know that I could do so if I wanted. I note that you are still giving Blogger credit with their button, so you’re not taking something for nothing. You’re refusing to let them take their “pound of flesh” from the head/top of the page. All the best with the house stuff!
Thanks for the note, Andrew. You’re quite correct about the Blogger logo at the bottom of all my pages. The nav bar wasn’t even that obtrusive, I’m just happy that I was able to follow the instructions you linked to and actually make it go away! :-) peace,
